Themed Design

Introducing four new sample doodlemonger.com 3.0 themes:
I've been hard at work producing these designs in CSS and XHTML over the past few days from their conceptual beginnings, and am proud of the high level of separation of structure from presentation the new design achieves.
The idea is that the new design will utilize multiple themes that are page-specific; i.e., the "stories" section will have a different theme from the "travels" section, which in turn will have a different theme from the "thoughts" section, etc.
Note that the above pages are, at present, static examples of future designs (you will find that most links do not yet work). The transition to the new theme-based design should be complete within the next several weeks.
